Physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and other providers can refer children and adolescents for ABA services. Our intake team handles insurance verification and keeps the family informed at every step.
What a Referral Should Include
- Child’s name and date of birth
- Parent or guardian contact information
- Insurance plan
- Physician referral or order for ABA therapy
- Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) with autism diagnosis, if available
